Organizations in charge of booths are responsible for all booth set-ups (materials, supplies, labor, etc.) as well as for the breakdown and removal of the booth. Halloween Spooktacular will be held on Tuesday October 27th. Gates open at 5:00 pm, costume contest starts at 6 PM sharp and trick-or-treating to follow. All booths must be set up and ready for use 30 minutes prior to the gates opening.
